Doris Elpin
No one has personally sold more apartments in Co-op Village than Doris Elpin -- well over 300 units.
Born and bred in the Lower East Side, Doris Elpin is still living in Co-op Village. She joined LoHo Realty immediately after its inception, in 2000, leaving her position as sales associate for a high-end real estate "boutique." She has helped make LoHo Realty a success.
Doris believes that she must represent fairly all the parties involved, buyers and sellers alike.
Before her 12-year career in real estate, Doris excelled in the fur industry as Vice President for Sales and Marketing for Society II, a leading New York manufacturer representing top international furriers, including Jade Furs of Hong Kong and Ricky & Ingo of Canada.
After years of traveling the world for Society II, Doris decided to spend more time with her family, and took on New York's real estate market. When Jacob Goldman, president of LoHo Realty, invited her to help start his company she was ready. The rest is history.
