Dear Jacob,

We'd like to take this opportunity to express our thanks for helping us find our new apartment in Seward Park. From our initial meeting at an open-house in the East River coops, you understood just what we we're looking for and where we wanted to live.

As first time coop buyers, you and your staff at LOHO guided us effortlessly through the process of making an offer, preparing our board package and closing the deal. From what we'd heard and read, buying a home can be a stressful process; you've all made it much less so.

We are very excited about our new neighbors and home! We look forward to seeing everyone at LOHO Realty around the neighborhood, and would highly recommend LOHO to anyone looking to buy (or sell) a home.
