Dear Doris,
I would like to thank you for your expert work as our realtor in helping us to purchase our wonderful apartment in East River Housing Corporation.
Your knowledge of the various properties in Cooperative Village and the board approval process, your finesse as a salesperson, your honesty and your humor all made what can sometimes be a very stressful process, a pleasure for us.
We particularly appreciated the care that you took in listening to what we felt was important in identifying a living space for us. When an apartment that fit our needs opened up, you moved quickly to make sure that we saw it before it was snapped up.
You moved quickly again in our negotiation process and we were impressed by your speedy response to every phone call that we made to you. We knew that if we called you with a question, you would have the answer and phone us back sometimes within minutes.
What I appreciated the most about working with you is your personalized service. I felt like you were making it your mission to find the right place for us. Logic says that a realtor has many interests to satisfy; not least among them is the seller’s interest. Yet, you always made us feel that you have our needs in mind. And I believe you did. In my book, that’s a successful realtor.
Thank you again for what was perhaps the best experience with a realtor we have had.
Sincerely,
Roger Dovner
