Dear Jacob and Dov,

Shelly and I want to thank you for doing a wonderful job in finding the perfect apartment for us, especially since we were living on the West Coast.

Dov did a brilliant job in sending us digital photos of apartments and views. And thank Doris for putting up with us. We know we were not the easiest clients in the world. You were honest, efficient, and caring, and we will use you guys again when we "trade up".
