The crew at LoHo Realty were great to work with. Aside from their professionalism, they really know the Lower East Side co-op situation inside and out. From getting qualified buyers, to working with the Board, to staying on top of all of the paperwork, their familiarity with the process is impressive, even while my wife and I were living in California during the entire sale. And the other professionals they work with to sell apartments are top-notch and pleasant.
