Dear Doris,

I just wanted to take a moment to say “Thank You” for all the hard work and effort you put into helping me find the right apartment.

It was a pleasure working with you and I will always appreciate the time you spent with me. You were patient with me while we looked at many apartments over and over again, until I knew exactly what it was that I wanted.

As a first time buyer, knowing very little about all the steps involved in making a bid, getting a mortgage, signing a contract and closing, it was reassuring that you were always available every step of the way to explain the process to me and to provide advice, encouragement and, most
importantly, patience.

I am so happy with the apartment I purchased and look forward to getting started on the renovations we discussed.
