To Whom This May Concern:
Jacob Goldman showed me two apartments among those at East River Housing, one of which I purchased.
I found Mr. Goldman to be helpful in showing me what I needed to see, and he made me comfortable as we walked, and talked, from his LoHo Realty office to the apartment building a couple of blocks away. He answered my questions promptly and forthrightly. He seemed to have a solid understanding of the co-op market in Manhattan, and I found comfort hearing his comparisons of square feet of floor space to selling price, which were on the tip of his tongue.
He is not the hard-sell type of agent for the seller, preferring the more relaxed, respectful approach. At times, there is even a shyness about him. Should anyone I know inform me that he or she is apartment hunting, I would have no hesitation referring that person to Jacob Goldman.
Sincerely,
Robert Rohr
