I would like to commend LOHO REALTY for aiding me in subletting my apartment at 413 Grand Street both expeditiously and with suitable tenants. LOHO REALTY worked very hard to fill the apartment in a timely and efficient manner. They were professional and kept me informed of their progress.

The companies I was using prior to LOHO REALTY were not only inefficient in finding tenants but the tenants they procured were unsuitable, which delayed the whole process for months. I was fortunate to find LOHO REALTY who found me wonderful tenants and made the experience easy; they were flawless in their execution of the process.
