Yesterday my husband, duaghter and I closed on a studio in Steward Park. Doris Elpin was our broker.

My husband and I own a construction company, and have sold homes and bought land many times in our career, so we are familiar with many brokers. While most of our experiences have been very good, none were as wonderful as this transaction. In this deal, everyone did precisely what they had promised, in as timely, and as friendly a manner as was possible.

The seller and we had a meeting of the minds the same day we saw the coop. The lawyer Doris recommended to us had a wonderful relationship with both the seller's attorney and Rudd Management. Our application papers were driven to Rudd Mgmt. to make sure they were delivered in a timely fashion. Our walk thru was arranged at our convenience. And on and on.

All the pieces of this wonderful puzzle were orchestrated by Doris. I couldn't have asked for a more patient (I'm very high strung), thorough, detail oriented, knowledgeable broker. You are very lucky to have her on your staff.
