We’re writing to express our heartfelt thanks to you and your team at LoHo Realty for guiding us through the sale of our East River co-op apartment.

We appreciated the time and energy your colleagues put into the process of listing the apartment, negotiating with the buyer, securing co-op approvals and closing the sale.

As you know, it was LoHo that first introduced us to the Lower East Side when we purchased our apartment two years ago.

We truly enjoyed our years there, especially with the spectacular waterfront view.
