LoHo Realty has been an honest and professional real estate agency to work with. This past August when I was looking to sell my co-op at East River Housing I had interviewed with LoHo Realty as well as another big New York City real estate agency. My decision to go with LoHo was that they knew the market for this area, the workings of the co-op, and the neighborhood. LoHo found a qualified buyer for my co-op in a very short time.
